As there were a lot of guests on Sunday, the buffet breakfast hot dishes were cold and there were a lack of staff cleaning tables and making coffee. Seemed disorganised. The following breakfast was better with warner food and not so busy. The room was satisfactory, but shower did not drain very well ...

Avenue Hotel Canberra
The toilet was not properly cleaned……behind the toilet seat in full view….wasn’t searching…..looked like it had missed a few rounds. First thing I saw in the toilet was a pubic hair. Was in tower two the week before, definitely felt cleaner, better, slept better….

Pavilion on Northbourne
