Convenient location, clean and spacious.

Apartment was in good condition, well equipped and convenient location, but no functional air conditioning, some dirty crockery and no water to the toilet on our first day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

All I can say is "Wow"

Posted 03-Jan-2016 on Wotif
Pros: Great parking and location.
Location: Kingston shops are nearby within walking distance with a well-stocked Coles supermarket, Liquorland and plenty of restaurants/cafes and other shops.
Was wowed by the size of the apartment, convenient location and value for money. All facilities easy to access and worked fine eg wifi. Bathroom was enormous.

Convenient apartment. Poor Internet and lighting.

Posted 02-Jan-2016 on Wotif
Apartment was very convenient and comfortable. Staff were pleasant to deal with. Internet was unreliable. Lighting in lounge was inadequate both during the day and at night for work or study. Bathroom had been up-graded and they appear to be painting and upgrading facilities so lighting may be fixed. I would stay there again but check lighting first. Lighting would not have been a problem if you didn't need to work or study.

Good location. Close to city & Parliament House

Posted 10-Dec-2015 on Lastminute
Pros: The apartment was comfortable and all the necessary items were provided. The location is excellent and the suburb of Kingston is quiet and leafy.
Cons: I would have rated the cleaning higher if the sliding window tracks had been cleaned out (perhaps cleaners never get enough time to give the apartment
Location: Great location, close enough to city, Parliament House, The National Gallery, The Portrait Gallery and the War Memorial.
We arrived late at night and everything was in order when we entered the apartment. The apartment is conveniently located being close to the city, Parliament House, The National Gallery and the War Memorial. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The undercover parking and free wifi are added bonuses. The suburb of Kinston is leafy and the street is very quiet. We can recommend these apartments but would warn people that there is no elevator so if you cannot manage steps with luggage, make sure you book a ground floor apartment only. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rated correctly.

Posted 03-Dec-2015
Pros: We liked the privacy of our own fully furnished unit. No leering neighbours.
Location: Close drive to Parliament House and the War Memorial so it is close to everything. Local shops and dining precinct within walking distance.
What you pay for is what you get. The apartments are rated correctly with the right amount of stars. Very close drive to everything in Canberra in what appears to be a very good area. Close enough to walk for dinner and drinks. We didnt trial the public transport at all. Very roomy and well set out unit with your own allocated parking spot, even though ours was taken by another ignorant person for the entire time, the manager told us to park in another units spot. Not a problem. Well furnished with everything that is needed for an extended or short stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Tourist in Canberra

Posted 21-Nov-2015 on Lastminute
Pros: The unit, the staff, the proximity.
We went by train and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the station and to the restaurants of Kinston and Manuka. We walked to the restaurants each night and to the Art Gallery, along the lake. We needed a taxi for the War Memorial but had no trouble getting one as they rang for it for us. The units to Oxley Court are renovated and very comfortable. We will stay there again
