Designed by renowned architect Harry Seidler, stylish interior colors by Lymesmith Colour Studio, a gem located near shops, restaurants, the war memorial, Mount Ainslie, and Lake Burley Griffin. Just 5 mins from the airport, this offers the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, available for your convenience. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Please note that this has a set of 3 stairs to get to the property. BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery \- dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 49\` smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don\`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: The washing machine is in the communal area across the hall. The communal drying area is located on the ground floor. Open daily from 8 am to 9 pm. Additionally, an iron and ironing board are provided in the apartment for your convenience. PARKING: Free parking is available on the property, with unmarked parking spaces. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! The apartment is located in a prime area close to government offices, universities, parks, and shopping centers. This makes it an ideal option for both business and leisure travelers. Since it is centrally positioned, guests can easily access all the essentials of city living. When you feel like dining out, you will find a variety of tempting options right at your doorstep. For instance, Knot Just Pasta is an excellent choice to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. If you crave the bold and spicy flavors of Asian cuisine, head over to Asian Noodle House and try their unforgettable laksa. And if you want to impress your out-of-town colleagues with a sophisticated setting, Hopscotch in the CBD is the perfect choice. Getting around the area is effortless, thanks to numerous transportation options available. Whether you prefer ride-sharing services like Uber or taxis, or public transit, you can easily move around. The Blamey Crescent after Creswell St bus stop is just a minute\`s walk from the apartment. It offers 24-hour service, adding to the convenience of your stay. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided. 1\. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am. 2\. I have a STRICT \`No Pets Policy\` except for service or emotional support animals and \`No Smoking Policy\`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning. 3\. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50). 4\. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel. 5\. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you\`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear. 6\. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule. 7\. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don\`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals. 8\. The property is not child-proofed and we don\`t have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot).
