Welcome to your perfect stay! This cosy haven in Griffith offers a warm and inviting space to relax and unwind. With an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony, it’s the ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. Whether you\`re here for work or leisure, you’ll feel right at home. BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery \- dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 55\` Samsung smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. STRATA NOTICE: Inaccessible Window & Balustrade Clean Commencing 15 July External window and glass balustrade cleaning will take place from 15 July for approximately 2 weeks (weather permitting). Contractors may be visible abseiling outside the building between 8:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please expect minor noise or disruption during this period. Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled. Please also review the key house rules below: 1\.
