This fresh 3-bedroom home blends bold design with comfort, featuring two uniquely renovated bathrooms, eye-catching colors, and stylish open-plan living. Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, you\`re just a short drive from local eateries, peaceful parks, scenic lakes, and top attractions across Canberra. You can access all the property\`s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). BEDROOM: The first bedroom features queen-sized bed, while the two bedroom offers a double-sized bed. All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery \- dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 55\` Samsung smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don\`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The driveway can accommodate 2 cars, and there is a free parking in the street. GARDENING: Gardening is scheduled every 4 weeks, weather permitting, and completed when the garden can be accessed without a key—always ensuring guest comfort and privacy.
