Experience modern city living in this elegant apartment within the iconic Nishi building. Featuring refined interiors, a private balcony with stunning Black Mountain views, and an unbeatable location steps from vibrant cafes, boutique shops, and the beautiful Lake Burley Griffin. You can access all the property\`s amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The Nishi Building is designed with sustainability in mind, holding an energy efficiency rating of 8\. Its solar passive design, natural cross-ventilation and thermal mass insulation help keep the apartment cool throughout summer, without relying on artificial air conditioning. In winter, the apartment naturally retains warmth, so heating is only needed on those extra-chilly Canberra nights. BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you\`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: \- fridge/freezer \- stovetop \- microwave \- oven \- crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a Hisense 55\` Smart TV, which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don\`t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platforms subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products.
