Cosy, comfortable apartment block "Giulia". In the centre of Alba di Canazei, in a quiet position, 700 m from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 220 m, restaurant 200 m, café 43 m, bus stop 50 m, indoor swimming pool 2.1 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 700 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ice rink 650 m. Nearby attractions: Canazei 2 km, Campitello 5 km, Passo Pordoi 13 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Fedaia 10 km.  
"Appartamento 29", 3-room apartment on 2nd floor, south facing position. Fully renovated in 2022, very comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, kitchen corner, shower/bidet/WC and TV. 1 double bedroom with bath/WC, bidet, hydro massage shower and TV. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed. Kitchenette (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Balcony. Balcony furniture. View of the mountains and the valley.
