The communication with the owner was top notch, easy and efficient. "We have stayed in many Fairmont hotel around the world and almost at all major town in Canada. This one is the least favorite one. The view is totally the best as we have to room overlooking to the center of lake louise. However, the room is old with brown sticky carpet and old brown wooden furniture. It did not reflect the luxury it supposed to offer. With this price and check in at 4pm plus parking is not included, I would recommend just came for a view and stay in Banff like our previous...
