About 2:45 we were given a key to 309\. On entering we found the room had not been cleaned and bed not made, we returned to the front desk and overheard a cleaning supervisor say we were mistaken that the room was clean. She stormed off to check the room saying she would be back., she didn’t retWe asked for a different room away fro the elevator and were given 407 opposite the elevator on the other side. We were tired and decided not to complain. Total check-in time about 30 minutes. On our 3 night we went down to the bar/ restaurant and ordered fish and chips which took about 40-45 minutes to arrive. On the third day I went to the front desk about 1:30 and asked that our room be made up, I was asked if I wanted “full service”. No I just want the service I had contracted. The staff were all very friendly but the service was terrible."
