Canada Sports Hall of Fame

We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay.

The 1 Hotel is wonderful. Staff is friendly and the rooms and amenities therein are well thought out. The only knocks would be the noise if you have a room facing Bathurst (we did and were moved the next day), the inordinate amount of time it takes for their 1 Kitchen restaurant to prepare ANYTHING, and the loud music thumping in theoir fine dining restaurant Casa Madera (we left as it was too loud to speak). Otherwise, this a a wonderful spot, with GREAT staff

The best thing about this place was the service. The staff are very attentive from the moment you step in. The breakfast buffet is really good as well like everyone says. The biggest issue is navigating the elevators. They take forever especially during breakfast hours. I was staying on the 5th floor and we weren't even allowed to walk up the stairs to get to our room.
