Exceptional home with lots of character and absolutely spectacular views next to the ski lift. Kids will have a great time with entertainment of all kinds and guests will appreciate the ease of use with all the modern amenities. The home is nestled in the mountain for maximum privacy yet right at the ski area. Ski area with rope tow and chairlift with a beautiful ski lodge and this home is ski in ski out. You can't find that anywhere at this price point. You can wear your skis from the home and walk to the Campton mountain ski lift. Every room in the house has breathtaking views. Outside deck and patio area are the place to entertain and enjoy fire pit. Inside you can entertain around the living room fireplace while watching the unforgettable sunset. Kids will have a great time with entertainment of all kinds. They can enjoy the ski on the slopes, trails from the property, board games with family and friends or arcade machine at the house with lots of game to enjoy with siblings or friends. Bored kids is one less thing you need to worry about. State of the art game room with 80 inch 4k TV, Arcade, game room and more. Guest of all ages would find something to keep themselves entertained. Home is filled with high tech features to control home features such as master room blinds (just ask assistant to close or open the blinds without moving a finger), play music in bedroom, bathroom or living room using integrated speakers, control TV or lights. The home has high speed internet for you to work or enjoy steaming entertainment. Kitchen is fully equipped and the home has a washer and dryer. The house has plenty of room to socialize and bedrooms were comfortable for us all. The views from the house are spectacular. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the location is in close proximity to various family outings. We also appreciated the flexibility and communication of the owner. The house is much nicer than the pictures show it to be. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. The view from the deck is breathtaking and honestly I could sit out there all day and take it in. Okay, now that said, things I didn’t like are- there is a security camera located on the private deck. The deck has no access to the ground so the only way to access the deck is thru the house and the deck is very high off the ground is is all good but while we were staying there we noticed the camera was recording. It’s part of the living space and my wife could have easily been sunbathing nude. I feel the camera should be shut off and not recording when the house is being occupied by a renter. So be aware of the camera on the very private deck in back. Also there was a loud beeping sound in the master bedroom at all hours. Within 20 minutes of checking in, my daughter and her family were leaving to check into a hotel. Dirty floors, long hairs on towels and linens, mouse droppings on some sills--my daughter had seen enough. I had purchased a lot of food that I didn't want to go bad so I stayed. My wife and I spent several hours cleaning floors, laundering towels and linens and remaking beds. The place has lots of potential--with great views and ample accommodations--but many details need to be improved. Poor mattress quality on several of the beds; poor quality or missing toiletries; no trash bags etc. I could go on.
