Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV are included.\n\nA cot (with bedding) and high chair are available gegen Aufpreis.\n\nA separate property features a spacious shared pool area for just seven houses. The large pool with Roman-style steps is perfect for cooling off. The 400 m² terrace offers loungers with straw parasols, romantically lit in the evening. The pool house has tables and internet access for relaxing together.\n\nThe area is great for cycling, and a golf course is 15–17 minutes away. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are about 5 minutes' drive in Sa Ràpita.\n\nThe natural beach of Sa Ràpita – Es Trenc, with turquoise water and white sand dunes, is only 10 minutes away by car.\n\nParking is available in front of the house. Bed linen and towels are included. Palma city center is 30 minutes away, and the airport is 20 minutes by car.\n\nOn request, a dog can be brought during the low season (not in the hot summer months, no dangerous breeds).
