Nice exterior, great breakfast, lacking inside

The main bedroom room smelled a bit funky of mold and humidity. Plenty of condensation in the single glass windows and mold along the window frames. A lot of dust under the bed. My lady thought the bathroom was pretty dirty and it smelled a little of sewage. The exterior of the buildings and the gardens are beautiful though. And the breakfast was really great .

The stay was wonderful and very comfortable with a beautiful view. We loved it. Very clean and with a fast check-in. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The hotel has a "homey" feel to it, which adds to the pleasant experience.

Pousa maravilhosa afastado do centro de Campos do Jordão mais muito bem estruturado. Só tenho 2 observações a ser feito; A primeira quanto a chegada na pousada, pois se colocar nos gps antes de chegar no centro de Campos de Jordão ( a cachoeira chuva de prata ), o gps vai te levar para uma estrada de péssimo acesso , onde vai ter dificuldade em chegar na poisada. O segundo item seria a falta de um ar condicionado nos quantos devido a calefação dos quartos serem automáticas as vezes os quantos ficam muito quentes para dormir ou permanecer dentro dele, mesmo tendo ventilador para dormir faz muito barulho.

Amei a experiência na pousada. Quarto com aquecedor e chão aquecido. Café da manhã com bastante opções. Café e chá a vontade o dia todo. Só é um pouquinho longe do centro, e tem uma estrada de terra (600 metros) até chegar lá. Tirando isso foi uma boa experiência.

Lugar simplesmente incrível, afastado do centro, mas sem ser longe para ir. De muito fácil acesso por mais que tenha 1km de estrada de terra para chegar. Funcionários um melhor que o outro, quarto incrível e impecável, pessoal limpa sempre que pede. Pousada cheia de natureza, energia boa e afazeres se não quiser sair de lá. Café da manhã bem completo, e atendimento é o diferencial, preço um pouco caro, mas valeu a pena, enfim, tudo incrível.

Equipe da Pousada sempre disposta a ajudar. Cafe da manhã excelente com opções variadas com toque muito especial com o fogão a lenha e uma equipe de cozinha de excelência. A pousada disponibiliza aos hóspedes durante o dia chás, maquina de cafe e tbm biscoitos e bolo avontade. Equipe de Limpeza e arrumação excelente. Tem aquecedor nos quartos e piso aquecido no banheiro é um diferencial. Pet friendly, sempre fomos muito bem recebidos com nosso a Pet, tem uma taria única de 190,00. Podendo levar o Pet ao cafe da manhã na área externa....passe por todo a posada tranquilamente.

No geral muito bom, o café da manhã é bem gostoso, a pousada fica mais distante do centro, mas foi tranquilo o caminho (tem 2 estradas, é preciso atençao para pegar a estrada asfaltada e não a de terra! Um ponto negativo foram as toalhas, estavam muito velhas.

O café da manhã era bem legal. O hotel fica alguns quilômetros do centro do Capivari. A equipe é gentil e prestativa. Como sugestão, eu proporia renovar as toalhas para que fiquem mais compatíveis com o nível do Hotel. A piscina, depois de uma conversa afável com a equipe da recepção, ficou mais quente, agradável. As instalações são bem limpas. Gostamos bastante da estadia.

Pousada incrível! É a segunda vez que hospedo aqui. A primeira foi em 2015 e tudo continua tão perfeito quanto antes. Super conservada. Atendimento excepcional. Fomos super atendidos nas necessidades com nosso filho nos cafés da manhã, que a propósito é perfeito. Os ambientes são extremamente limpos. A calefação é ótima. Apenas um ponto para melhoria seria trocar as toalhas de banho e rosto, pois achei que já não estavam tão fofinhas. Pretendo voltar mais vezes!
