This is the best place to stay in Campos, offering a wonderful mountain atmosphere. The piano room is fantastic, featuring special performances each evening. The food is exceptional, from dinner to breakfast. The property itself is spacious and offers a variety of leisure activities and entertainment options. The spa is also excellent.

Charming swiss chateau style hotel, nestled in the woods of the Mantiqueira mountain range, clean and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Campos do Jordao city center, and yet vey close. Staff was super friendly and polite, going above and beyond to serve well and make us feel welcome and at home. Excellent dining options within the premises of this beautiful property. Amazing experience!

Traditional and old school good service all the way! We felt pampered and at home at same time. Food is incredibly, the music performance at the piano bar unforgettable. The grounds are beautiful. It’s literally ano of the best hotels in the world.

This was such unique experience. The place is gorgeous. The bedroom and bathrooms are huge. The staff is amazing. Perfect service. Delicious food. Will definitely go back and totally recommend.

É um hotel incrível. Se você pegar tempo bom e dias de pianista, ainda melhor. Caminhar pelos jardins do Toriba e nas trilhas dos parques do complexo e mergulhar na piscina aquecida entre as araucárias, não tem nada igual! A saia de ginástica é incrível! O restaurante com pratos deliciosos. Sempre muito atenciosos os funcionários ativos todos, com destaque aos recepcionistas (nunca vimos igual), aos garçons, a melhor equipe de recreação infantil, e todos os demais funcionários. Sempre que podemos, retornamos ao Toriba.

O ponto alto do Toriba é o serviço, a equipe de funcionários. Para um hotel de 5 estrelas, deixa muito a desejar: Sinal da TV fraco. Amenites pobres, não há itens básicos. Quarto pequeno, sem conforto e barulhento. Hóspedes vizinhos. Não oferece como cortesia um chá da tarde, a maioria dos hotéis oferece. SPA massagem sem chuveiro após.

Me hospedei em um quarto no proprio predio, nao fiquei nos novos chales. A tv, nao tinha sinal para assistir canais abertos...a internet nao funcionava no quarto. Chuveiro, nao mantinha a temperatura, ou seja, vc tenta tomar banho quente mas do nada ele fica frio. Na parte de concierge...agendamos aula de tenis, chegamos la e tinha sido marcado outro aluno no mesmo horario, ou seja, tinham dois professores e dois alunos para a mesma quadra...desorganizado! entao pontos de melhoria: internet, banho, e concierge.
