** House for season and weekend rentals, in a quiet location 3 km from the center of Capivari, with accommodation for 6 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 suite and two bathrooms, gourmet living room with tv, heating d ' water and electric heating in bedrooms, grassy play area with barbecue * and covered garage for two vehicles. It has a beautiful mountain view with presence of araucaria nearby, typical tree of the region. Surrounded by neighbors with access on paved and bright street. At the top of the house I live with my wife where any doubts will be answered.

Tem também local para churrasco e com bastante flores Tudo de acordo com a descrição. Os proprietários muitíssimo amigáveis e simpáticos. Super recomendo. Adoramos.
