"The stay was great and the house was amazing! She was very flexible with the check in process as we had a different time than check-in allowed for. The only issue was that we arrived into town at midnight and couldn't get a taxi so it was difficult to find a way to the home but the host was very helpful and accommodating to us!"

"We got off to a not-good start, as we were given an accessible/ handicap room on arrival. We did not like the room at all - it was uncomfortable and the shower flooded the entire bathroom among other things. We were told it was the only available room at our check-in and they would find a better one next day, which they did. We had a 5th floor comfortable room the rest of our stay, which made all the difference. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Continental breakfast was satisfactory overall and restaurant staff very nice. Hotel location is great - you can walk everywhere in the city easily."
