Spacious ground-floor apartment, recently renovated, located in the heart of the picturesque hilltop village of San Piero, in the municipality of Campo nell’Elba. The location is ideal: just a few minutes by car from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the Costa del Sole — Fetovaia, Cavoli and Seccheto — and from the lively seaside town of Marina di Campo.  
  
San Piero is highly appreciated by nature lovers, hikers, and those seeking an authentic and relaxing atmosphere, away from the crowds yet close to all amenities.  
  
The apartment offers spacious and comfortable interiors: a large double bedroom, a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, as well as a comfortable additional sleeping area with a double bed. The property also features a bathroom with shower.
