Wunderbare Aussicht, schöne Terrasse und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der immer hilfsbereit war und bei Anfragen sofort reagierte. Schöne Aussicht auch von den Schlafzimmern aus. Es war ruhig und wirklich entspannend. Ein Minuspunkt geben wir der sehr kleinen, engen Dusche. Das könnte man sicher optimieren und der Parkplatz ist ebenfalls eng und schwierig.

Die Wohnung liegt super, die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist grossartig. Die Küche ist funktional. Das Bad sehr klein, die Dusche 65x65cm ist viel zu klein und unpraktisch mit den dreiseitigen verschiebbaren Trennwänden. Die Matrazen der Betten sollten ersetzt werden.Wir haben unsere Ferien in Fetovaia aber sehr genossen.

#### Pace, tranquillità e comodità a 100 mt dal mare più bello dell'Elba.
Rilassante grazie alla vista che la casa ha sul golfo di fetovaia e facilmente raggiungibile. Casa estremamente completa in ogni suo arredo e corredo, come se fosse abitazione di casa propria, non mancava nulla. La posizione rialzata gode di buona ventilazione anche se nelle giornate più calde sarebbe stato necessario un condizionatorecondizionatore. Consiglio:si potrebbe pensare anche ad una piccola doccia esterna.Ottimo rapporto con il.proprieyario

La maison est super bien placée, une petite place de parking facilite les choses. La maison est très bien équipée ( une petite clim ne serait pas de trop mais les ventilateurs font l'affaire ;) ) Au bout de la rue un petit chemin pr descendre directement sur cette magnifique plage. Les enfants ont adorés cette partie de notre séjour italien. Je recommande vivement ce logement et Enrico le propriétaire est très sympathique et de bons conseils.

#### Super Unterkunft
Wir haben im Oktober 2023 eine Woche als 4 köpfige Familie in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Eine wirklich sehr schöne,geräumige und saubere Unterkunft mit einem hammer Ausblick auf die Bucht. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Bad an sich hat eine gute Größe. Da die Dusche aber nicht mehr viel Platz hatte gibt es eine Lösung zum einklappen die man in Deutschland so nicht finden würde und sich erstmal dran gewöhnen muss. Aber überhaupt nicht schlimm! Bezüglich der Unterkunft möchte ich noch die tolle Kommunikation mit Enrico hervorheben. Er war immer schnell erreichbar und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Zur Umgebung lässt sich sagen, dass die Küste dort sehr schön ist. Fetovaia ist dort eine der kleineren Buchten ohne Supermakt und Bäcker. Im Oktober hatten leider auch die Restaurants dort schon zu. In den Nachbarorten findet man jedoch alles was man braucht und zum nächsten größeren Supermakt nach Campo di Maria ist es auch nicht allzu weit!

#### Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt
Eine super Terrasse zum entspannen mit einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. In 5 min war man am Strand. Die Wohnung ist hell freundlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine weitere Terrasse bot genug Platz für Fahrräder nasse Sachen usw. Sehr netter Vermieter, der immer ansprechbar war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

La posizione come detto da tutti è decisamente bella come lo sono i panorami, ottime sia l'accoglienza che la pulizia. Il bagno è un pochino da rivedere come detto anche da altri ospiti ma alla fine uno non va in ferie per fare una doccia comoda ma per altri motivi unico "problema" vero riscontrato e dichiarato al proprietario è l'assenza di almeno un condizionatore perchè se vi trovate come è accaduto a me in un momento di caldo dormire è letteralmente impossibile, sembra di essere nel forno di un panificio. La casa per il resto è molto accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort.

#### Was für ein Ausblick, was für ein traumhafter Strand…
Wir haben uns in Fetovaia, und dank dieser Wohnung, sehr wohl gefühlt. Schon kurz nach der Buchung hat der Eigentümer der Wohnung Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen. Mit vielen Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps sowie genaueren Informationen zur Wohnung und den örtlichen Begebenheiten hat Enrico uns vorab informiert. Wir wussten dass wir mit unseren zwei Kleinkindern in diese sehr kinderfreundliche Bucht wollten und da war die Wohnungssuche nicht ganz einfach… Die Einfahrt ist für große Autos (Vw Touran) eine echte Herausforderung, aber machbar. Durch die Wohnung weht immer ein kleines Lüftchen, und so ist es nie heiß oder stickig. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die zwei Fernseher blieben unbenutzt. Wohingegen die Spiele bespielt und die Bücher gelesen wurden. Und das Beste: die gigantisch schöne Aussicht. Da ist das etwas enge Bad mit der sehr platzsparenden Dusche nicht weiter störend. Auch vor Ort gibt es eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin. Dem erholsamen Urlaub steht also nichts im Wege. Danke Enrico für die zwei super schönen Urlaubswochen zu Pfingsten auf Elba!

#### Wunderbare Lage nur zu empfehlen
Die Wohnung befindet sich oberhalb des Strandes der wunderschönen Bucht der Ortschaft Fetovaia. Die überdacht Terrasse liegt direkt zur Meerseite und lädt zum genießen ein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und viele andere Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden. In den Schlafzimmern kann man das Meer rauschen hören. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort wird er von einer freundlichen Dame vertreten, die alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit regelte. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen!

#### Tolle Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt, wir brauchten zum Strand weniger als 5 Minuten. Die Terrasse ist mit ihrer Aussicht ein Traum. Der Strand ist sehr voll und die Musik der Restaurants hört man bis hoch zur Wohnung. Bei Live Musik in den Restaurants haben wir das aber auch sehr genossen. Der Parkplatz ist in der Lage natürlich toll, allerdings mit einem großen Auto (VW Touran) zum Ein- und Ausparken eine Herausforderung. Den Vermieter haben wir nicht kennengelernt, aber bei Fragen hat er stets schnell reagiert und alles möglich gemacht.

Casa in posizione strategica con tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, microonde, lavatrice, stoviglie etc). Il panorama che si gode dal terrazzo è semplicemente meraviglioso. Il proprietario, gentilissimo, è stato bravissimo nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni/notizie necessarie. Unica pecca aver soggiornato solo una settimana😩😩. Consigliatissimo.

#### Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick
Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, einem kleinen Bad und zwei Terrassen. Die Wohnung war sauber, das Mobiliar ist schon älter und die Küche war ausreichend gut mit Geschirr und Töpfen ausgestattet. Das Ein- und Ausparken von dem Parkplatz war nicht ganz einfach. Den Strand (war im August sehr voll) erreicht man nach etwa 5 Min. über einen Felsenweg. In den Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter hat schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet und der Kontakt war sehr nett. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub in Fetovaia sehr gut gefallen und wir haben den Blick von der Terrasse sehr genossen.

Un appartement très bien situé sur une des plus jolies plages de sable fin, accessible en quelques minutes a pied. L'appartement est simple mais bien aménagé et dispose surtout d'une belle terrasse avec vue mer, idéale pour des repas mémorables ! Il y a également un parking (attention manoeuvre délicate pour une grosse voiture) indispensable au vu des parkings quasi inexistants et chers. Le petit plus : la gentillesse et les conseils d'Enrico à suivre absolument !
