On the island's beautiful southwest coast, better known as the "Costa del Sole," just 190 meters from the white sandy beach of the quiet seaside village of Seccheto, in the municipality of Campo nell'Elba, this ground-floor apartment in a small terraced house located in the heart of town. Internally, the apartment is arranged as a classic studio apartment with a sleeping area separated by a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower stall is also included. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and an oven and microwave. A convenient reserved parking space is available approximately 150 meters from the house. The property is conveniently located just 900 meters from the sandy beach of Cavoli and 3,000 meters from the sandy beach of Fetovaia. Outside, it features a small terrace with a table and chairs, offering a pleasant view of the sea and the picturesque island of Montecristo.
