Eu já havia pago a reserva no cartão de crédito, e no momento do checkin a atendente me fez uma nova cobrança, afirmando que não constava o pagamento da reserva. Entrei em contato com o hotéis.com para obter um reembolso. A propriedade não atende as ligações. Não recomendo, foi um transtorno desnecessário

O quarto faltava lençol, cobertor, travesseiro e toalha. As 5h o barulho de agua pelo ralo do chuveiro é muito alto, realmente incomoda. Lâmpadas tbm estavam queimadas, chuveiro e cama.

Fiz reserva nesse hotel porque em São Paulo é maravilhoso mas esse de Csmpo Grande me desculpe mas nem parece ser Ibis ,banheiro horrivel uma recepcionista muita antipática não informava nada a gente tinha que adivinhar tudo,pedi duas cobertas nesse dia estava frio ela me respondeu que só tinha uma se eu quisesse ou então era nada.Pode ter certeza que nunca mais me hospedarei aí outra coisa ainda tem que pagar o café da manhã então cobre mais a diária e serva o café .Nós viajamos muito e nunca vi nem em uma cidade pequena um hotel assim,desculpe eu queria desabafar mesmo porque qdo cheguei por pouco não fomos para outro hotel.
