Beautiful, comfortable residence "Des Alpes". 3 houses in the residence. In the resort Campitello, 400 m from the centre of Canazei, in a quiet position, along the wooded area, 600 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "ski bus" 350 m. Gondola lift 900 m, ski rental 600 m, cross country ski track 150 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 1 km, Bolzano 51 km, Passo Sella 14 km, Passo Pordoi 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Cabinovia Belvedere 1 km, Funivia Col Rodella 3 km, Funivia Doleda 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Carezza 24 km, Lago di Fedaia 14 km. Please note: no lift. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Aspetti positivi: posizione ottima e prezzo economico Aspetti negativi: Scarsa pulizia e struttura non curata nell’insieme. Trapunte vecchie con la presenza di macchie, materassi datati e la presenza di oggetti probabilmente appartenenti a precedenti inquilini non hanno reso il soggiorno confortevole.

Permanenza nel Residence Les Alpes

Appartamento sapzioso ed in ottima posizione. L'indirizzo è nel comune di Campitello di Fassa ma in realtà è a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di Canazei. Ottimo per eslorare la Val di Fassa. L'agenzia per il ritiro delle chiavi si trova nel centro di Canazei, a pochi passi dall'appartamento. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alle foto degli interni.

IDEALE PER 3 PERSONE

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 adulti ed 1 bambino. Sono rimasto sorpreso dalla casa. Ambienti ben divisi, casa sempre calda. Balcone che affaccia sulla montagna e infine la casa è a poche centinaia di metri sia dal centro di Canazei che dagli impianti. Se tornerò a Canazei sicuramente cerco di nuovo di affittarla. Qualità/prezzo ottimi.

Centrale, e vicino alle funivie

Appartamento piccolo ma spazioso per quattro persone, si trova a Campitello a ridosso di Canazei all'inizio della ciclabile, per noi perfetto andando molto in bicicletta, nel balcone ci entrano solo due bici ma ci si adatta, unico neo è la presenza dello scaldabagno a corrente, apparecchiatura obsoleta che costringe a centillinare eccessivamente l uso dell'acqua calda, e dopo una giornata in bici o a camminare è sgradevole

Ottima posizione ottima soluzione ma con una picco

Appartamento dimensioni ottime per 4 persone lontano quanto basta dal centro di Canazei per evitare di essere immersi nel caos è vicinissimo alla pista ciclabile fornito di posto auto estremamente utile se non fondamentale sia esterno che interno le uniche tre pecche sono da imputarsi al balcone troppo piccolo per poter sistemare le biciclette totale assenza di pulizia dell'appartamento al nostro arrivo e assenza del WiFi rimane impeccabile il servizio di assistenza dell'agenzia in loco
