Spectacular property just 8 km from the Center of Bragança and 4 km from the Bairro de Guaripocaba, on the banks of the João Hermenegildo de Oliveira Highway.
Excellent main house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, reading room and library, living room with fireplace, dining room, snooker room, integrated in breathtaking landscaping, all terraced and with swimming pool at the feet. In front of the pool, a wonderful flowered arbor that houses a large building with a bar, barbecue and wood oven. Soccer field, tennis court, woods and several trees complete the scene.
The property is completely fenced and lit, and is surrounded by woods and trees in its quadrangle.
It also has an easily accessible mountain where you can see an incredible view of the sunset and the region of Bragança Paulista.
