O Hotel está um pouco desgastado com o tempo. Tivemos vários problemas no primeiro dia, com vazamento, entupimento, barata morta na janela do quarto e colchão muito deformado, porém foi prontamente resolvido com a troca do quarto. A equipe de atendimento do hotel são atenciosos e foram resolutos em tentar resolver estes problemas porém é notório pelos acontecimentos que é devido a desgaste (envelhecimento) do estabelecimento e sinal que está necessitando de reforma. A limpeza interna do quarto é muito boa, visto que somos alérgicos e não tivemos nenhuma manifestação de rinite e até aposentamos os antialérgicos. A piscina coberta e aquecida foi uma ótima pedida para o final da tarde. A cama não é dos mais confortáveis, porém passável. O cafe da manha é farta e bem variada, a minha família gostou muito, porém opinião particular, me parece que carece de algo mais (diferente) que dê o carimbo do estabelecimento para ficar na nossa memória. Se não forem muito exigente, de uma forma geral tem ótimo custo-beneficio.

Praticamente satisfeito.

Estadia agradável, pessoal de atendimento do hotel extremamente gentil e educado, atenderam todos os nossos pedidos. Quartos confortáveis e colchões adequados. Café da manhã muito bom. Infraestrutura em geral boa com alguns pontos de melhoria, como maior cobertura de WIFI nos quartos, pelo menos no que foi reservado não estava bom, as vias de acesso precisam ser melhor calçadas ou pavimentadas, algumas manutenções precisam ser feitas em janelas.
