Very wide with 350sqm internal area, there are 5 rooms being 2 with balconies and a beautiful master suite, to the total are 4 bathrooms, 3 with hot showers high pressure. Quiet and residential neighborhood, Jardim dos Pinheiros is known throughout the region as one of the best neighborhoods for summer houses, with total night security and 24h surveillance by guards and cameras of the municipality, most of the houses are in season. TV room with Netflix, Xbox with Kinect and various games, Large Dining Room, Winter Room with Fireplace and automatic ignition. Comfortable accommodation for up to 16 people in beds + mattresses on the floor, with 2 double beds, 12 single beds and the rest on sofa bed and extra mattresses. Barbecue and Gourmet area very well equipped, with marble countertops, spacious and fully integrated with the kitchen, Firewood oven for Pizza or Roasts, Barbecue of Bafo to the coal, Complete Kitchen with refrigerator of 430 liters, large freezer and all the necessary utensils for a wide variety of dishes and menus.
