Ficamos de sábado a segunda no hotel. Local ótimo, hotel bom. Café ótimo, ficamos no 16 andar, adoramos a sacada. Os funcionários tanto do dia que chegamos quanto da saída foram excelentes. O único ponto que minha esposa não gostou e que fui eu quem não deixou ela voltar para querer explicações foi que quando nos entregaram o carro ele estava todo REVIRADO!!! Havíamos feito compras no shopping e todas as bolsas estavam mexidas, as coisas fora do lugar e o que estava dentro do porta luvas do carro estava no banco de trás. NÃO GOSTAMOS DISSO. por mais que o hotel não se responsabilize pagamos pelo estacionamento e é completamente falta de ética. Caso forem não deixem pertences ou não deixem nesse estacionamento a não ser que tomem atitudes. Gostaríamos de voltar sim, para o hotel mas essa questão do estacionamento não é aceitável. Fora esse fato tudo ok.

O hotel é ótimo com o custo benefício muito bom! Localização boa,perto de restaurante,mercados e posto.Limpeza excelente está tudo muito limpo,café da manhã estava muito bom,fomos bem atendidos desde de antes do check in por telefone e quando chegamos os funcionários atendeu super bem. O hotel fica em frente uma praça com alguns moradores de rua,como não sai a noite não senti nenhuma insegurança. A estrutura do hotel é um pouco antiga,mas está muito bem cuidado quartos são bem ventilados e o chuveiro ótimo.No geral a hospedagem dói maravilhosa,e recomendo.

Hotel antigo com infraestrutura que não atende à demanda. De 3 elevadores, somente 1 funcionando. Fiquei alocado no 17° andar, tive que descer de escada em 1 dos dias em virtude do elevador não suportar a demanda das pessoas. Chuveiro não é bom, e tive que tomar banho 3 vezes em água fria por um problema na caldeira.

Hotel com custo X benefício apenas razoável.

1.Estacionamento caro (R$ 35,00 por um pernoite). 2. Elevadores antigos, lerdos, carentes de manutenção e que nos metem medo de usá-los. 3. Café da manhã apenas razoável. Pelo preço da diária poderia ser melhor e servirem presunto ao invés de apresuntado. O pão francês parecia ser amanhecido. Outro ponto negativo do café da manhã foi o não atendimento em oferecer leite sem lactose apesar de termos solicitado quando fizemos a reserva da estadia.
