Cheguei de um passeio no sábado a tarde e a temperatura estava muito baixa. Estávamos com muito frio. Pedimos para o rapaz da cozinha ligar a maquina do cafe para que pudéssemos tomar um café quente e esquentar um pouquinho. Eme disse que só iria ligar a maquina as 18 horas pois naquele momento ele estava ocupado (eram 16:30). Gente, era só ele apertar um botão... que diferença faz ele apertar o botão as 16:30 ou as 18:00 ??? Foi uma sensação frustrante pois não tinha nenhum motivo para a negativa. Um cappuccino teria feito a diferença naquele momento. Voltamos as 21 horas para tomar um café e ele, com muita ma vontade e parece que a contra gosto, ligou a maquina para a gente tomar um café.

Fechei um quarto de luxo no prédio anexo. No check in a atendente me disse que não tinha vagas por lá… tudo bem, falei lá e mais tranquilo, não tem barulho… Ela me dá um quarto no 2º andar, do lado do elevador, eu escutando gente falando, entra com mala, sai com mala, falatório… e no 2º andar, aonde eu escutava todo o barulho da recepção. Um frio de 9º na cidade… Somente edredom, super gelado, não esquenta. Quarto tem ar condicionado gelado e tem a função quente, porém não funciona, foi desabilitada essa função do ar condicionado (quente). Passei a noite com sentindo muito frio… A cama do meu quarto o colchão era duro demais. Enfim, já me hospedei outras vezes, no prédio anexo.. e não se compara o conforto, tanto da cama quanto do silêncio. Não dei sorte dessa vez.

A estadia correu bem, quartos limpos, espaçosos, mobília nova, café da manhã muito gostoso. Entretanto não dormimos muito bem por causa dos colchões. Achamos que faltou conforto nesse ponto.
