COMFORT APARTMENT WITH GARDEN IN MEDIEVAL VILLAGE - is a large apartment (75 square meters) on the ground floor with a comfortable garden (100 square meters) with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue. Through a large window it leads to a large living room with dining area and kitchenette (the kitchen has hob with 4 zones, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as all necessary utensils), TV and sofa bed, a large bathroom shower; via a staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning available with a supplment (11,00 euro per day ), mosquito nets, washing machine and dishwasher

THE VILLAGE. THE ANCIENT VILLAGE CASALAPPI covers eight hectares near the manor house and castle. The old buildings have been restored with volumes, shapes and different location depending on usage respecting the original Tuscan tradition, maintaining unchanged the charm of stone, bricks and clay roof tiles.
The hamlet is located on the hills overlooking the Isle of Elba, surrounded by wheat fields, olive groves and sunflowers, enriched with fine finishes and common areas made of finely lighted walkways, squares decorated with elegant flower beds and benches, from a semicircular pool with sun terrace overlooking the entire valley, tennis court, bowling alley and a large play area for children. The structure is immersed in a context of great scenic and artistic / cultural, facing a sea with beautiful beaches such as Torre Mozza, Carboniferous, Gulf of Baratti, etc.
You can admire in the immediate vicinity Medieval countries such as Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto and Massa Marittima, in addition to the Etruscan necropolis of Baratti and the promontory.
The proximity of the Venturina Thermal Center is a place of special interest for relaxation and body care.

Gutes Ambiente, ruhig, in idyllischer Landschaft! Praktische Wohnung. Sportanlage dürfte gepflegt werden. Pool könnte bei warmem Wetter länger betrieben werden.
