The staff was amazing and ready to assist. check-in/out was questionable front desk does not engage with customers. food was good, not a lot of options but has quality. rooms were renovated and spacious. based on what we paid i would say 8.2/10.

Fantastic location and beautifully maintained gardens. Layout was excellent and despite being a large hotel there was plenty of space. The food was great and the dessert selection amazing. Staff were lovely.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The pools, beach, and spa were all exceptional. Overall, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had—you are surrounded by true luxury and made to feel like royalty. Delicious food is available everywhere, and the staff is always eager to assist. The restaurants cater to every taste, with an excellent variety of both international and Turkish cuisine. Each evening featured a spectacular, high-quality show that genuinely blew us away. It may be a little pricey, but the experience is absolutely worth it. This is the perfect destination for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation. You will not regret staying here!

We had a really good stay overall. The food was great, the service was good, and the hotel itself is very nice. The location is okay, although most places outside the resort are quite far away, so you do rely on transport if you want to go anywhere. The main negative was the taxi situation, and unfortunately it really affected our experience. We asked the hotel to help book us a taxi, but we were told we had to use the taxis waiting outside. Those drivers told us they do not use the meter, and they also said they have an arrangement between the local drivers and do not accept Uber jobs from the hotel area. We were quoted €25 for a journey of around 10 minutes, which is ridiculous. I tried booking Uber twice and no driver accepted, despite Uber working perfectly for our journey from Antalya Airport to the hotel. Luckily, we eventually found the local buses/minibuses, otherwise you could easily feel stranded at the resort or forced to pay inflated taxi prices. Apart from this, the hotel would have been an easy 5 stars for us. Swandor really needs to look into the taxi situation around the hotel and make sure guests have access to fair, metered transport. From a guest’s perspective, it gives the impression that the hotel is allowing or supporting this practice, which is disappointing considering how good the rest of the stay was.

Brand new property with modern, clean rooms and a great layout — restaurants centrally located so you can dine inside or out. Pillow menu available, a thoughtful touch. Shoutout to the team: Ender, Hakan, Emre & Ratuhan (bars — Hakan’s smoked cocktail is a must try!), Gulhan (pool bar on roller skates — fun and faster service!), Mehmet (DJ), Berkay (Wen), Mustafa (restaurants), Huseyn (Degusto), Ece (personal assistant — proactive and handled everything), Rhea (cleaning — spotless every day). For US guests — this blows Mexico out of the water. Buffet dinner included, à la carte has a small cover charge but the quality is far superior and worth it. Pool at 25°C, beach side clean, never struggled to find seats, kids and adult areas well separated. Borrowable games like Uno and chess are a fun bonus. Nightly entertainment — singing, dancing, live performances then an awesome DJ set. Separate kids show earlier in the evening. So much to do, I wish I came as a kid. Crickets noted in some reviews — you hear them outside at night from the greenery, zero impact on rooms. Rooms are modern and looked great throughout. Would absolutely come back. 🙌
