We could not even get a drink from the bar as there was no one in there. The coffee shop, again same thing no staff member. The vents in the toilet and bathroom, is extremely filthy and clogged with dust. The tops of the showers and shelves did not pass the white glove test. You are rated 4.1 and I do not know how. Your hotel smelt like a fish market. Do better. If management was run correctly, this place could be truly something. And well worth coming back, at this point in time, it is not worth coming back."
