The Loft is a charming, bright and sunny oceanfront one king bedroom apartment located on the ocean at Glen Cove, Rockport, Maine with magnificent unobstructed water views, simply amazing sunrises and just steps to the private water from the backyard. Onsite private ocean access to Glen Cove and its small sandy beach from the backyard. Just steps to the Cove access from the back deck. Fantastic sunrises. Private parking for one car right outside your door. Wi-Fi and two TV’s. The maximum of people we permit is two adults and no children. There is one assigned private parking space for one car, no street parking anytime day or night. The Loft is a walk in, corner two story apartment. Downstairs has a small compact granite kitchen/sitting area with a dual function coffee maker, tea kettle, air fryer, breakfast bar, smart television, two armchairs and two ottomans for extra comfort. Ottomans are stored in the downstairs closet under the stairs. The patio door leads to the outdoor deck with two comfortable swivel chairs and access to the water and small sandy beach at Glen Cove. One can comb the beach for sea-glass lots of hidden treasures and more. Upstairs has a large bedroom with one king bed, climate control machine, white noise machine, magnificent ocean-views, amazing sunrises, television, bathroom walk in tiled shower and lots of closet space, shelving and climate control machine with heat and air conditioning. One can enjoy the amazing ocean-views over morning coffee on the deck or just relaxing with a good book. This rental is located on Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine, 2 miles north of downtown Rockland, 5 miles south of downtown Camden. One mile from the Samoset Resort Country Club and Golf Course. 2.5 miles to Rockland Public Golf Course 1.75 miles to the Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse. One bedroom waterfront rental, with spectacular unobstructed views of Penobscot Bay, beautiful sunrises, moonlit nights and the Islands beyond. Loft has two stories. Upstairs large king bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and a television. (NFL.Network,HBO & Showtime) Also the king bedroom has a climate control machine and a white noise machine. The outdoor deck has two comfortable swivel chairs with cushions, small round top table, gas grill with a side burner and a lobster pot. Perfect for a nice cozy dining on the ocean. Beach/Anti-Gravity Chairs are available upon request. One can take them down to the water to sit or lounge while watching sailboats passing and the world go by or just lounge and relax in the sun on the back lawn. Please let us when you arrive if you will need some chairs. Panoramic views with glass patio door leading to the deck with overlooking the Cove and Islands beyond. Wake up to an amazing sunrise and fantastic views while enjoying your morning coffee on the deck. Swim in the ocean or take a walk on the Cove. Onsite access to the sea, take a walk on the small sandy beach or go treasure hunting for sea-glass when the tide is out. We are located in mid-coast Maine midway between Portland and Bar Harbor. 2 miles north of Rockland, 5 miles south of Camden and 3.5 miles from Rockport village. No parties or large gatherings allowed. We do not accept pets or animals. Pets or animals are not allowed anywhere on the property, inside, the deck, backyard or anywhere on the property grounds. All our properties are strictly non-smoking no vaping, and no e-cigarettes. My wife & I have known Alex & Siobhan for at least 15 years--we stayed in rooms at their former Claddagh Motel as well as suites, but we've stayed mostly at the Primrose B with our two kids & now twice at the Loft (just my wife & me). These innkeepers are the friendliest you'll ever encounter. The Loft has been available only a handful of years--but it's been immaculately appointed, including an incredibly comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen, & a private deck with excellent grill & the same magnificent view of the cove as we enjoyed in the Primrose B. If you think you'll like seeing the most gorgeous sunrise (at around 5 a.m.!), then this is the place. And when it's low tide, you can walk across the cove for maybe 1/4 of a mile & collect quahog shells or otherwise enjoy a restful, meditative slosh on a sunny day.
