Les 2 terrasses l'une devant et l'autre derrière sont très agréables. La cuisine est très bien équipée en vaisselle, ustensiles et machine à laver la vaisselle. Les chambres sont confortables avec beaucoup de rangements. L'appartement est situé près de la plage. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. On peut rejoindre la ville à pied. La vivienda es espaciosa y con todo lo necesario. La ropa de cama tenía machas de humedad y las mantas olían fatal también a humedad. La cocina no tiene artículos de limpieza como friegaplatos o paños para secar las manos. Preparada sólo para verano ya que no tiene ningún aparato calefactor, ni si quiera en el baño. La distribución y estado general de la casa es muy buena con aparcamiento perfecto y muy bien situado.
