Our self contained barn with modern amenities is a perfect place for a group of up to 3 people looking to study, work or relax in Cambridge. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but within easy reach of shops, eateries, and museums, with quick transport links into the city centre of Cambridge on your doorstep. My property is managed by Pass the Keys, a professional co-host of Airbnb. The space You will find a super trendy home containing exceptional modern comforts. The open plan living/dining area is complete with a super comfy sofa bed for one adult or 2 kids able to sleep comfortably, a TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime available!) and super fast Wifi. The house provides a well kitted out kitchen, allowing you to cook your own meals, adding to the home away from home experience! A warning if you are tall as the bedroom upstairs in the barn is a bit quirky with it's sloping roof limiting your head space. I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. SLEEPING 1 x double bedroom 1 x double sofa bed (Sleeps 1 adult or 2 children) All beds are dressed in hotel-quality linen FRESHENING UP 1 x bathroom Towels, bath mats and travel-size toiletries provided PARKING: A dedicated free parking space belonging to the property is available in front of the barn for guests to use. RELAXING Comfortable open plan living room with TV and High-speed WiFi EATING Prepare delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, oven, fridge/ freezer, kettle and cooking equipment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire barn and will not be disturbed during their stay. The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Other things to note \- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours \- Check in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check-out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule \- Baby Travel Cot is available upon request. An additional charge of £50 will apply if you were to hire for your stay. \- Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys – please be careful with them. \- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with remote access details \- Mid-stay cleaning/linen can be organized on request for an additional charge, and required for longer stays up to 30 days. \- We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a Local supermarket minutes away. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
