This spacious 1-bed house has been modernized and offers everything you'll need for a relaxing stay in the city. Our home features a new modern kitchen and a lovely enclosed garden. A member of the House of Luchini is always available to answer queries and help. In addition, booking with us gives you access to discounts on some cafes and amenities in Cambridge! The Space: Beautifully restored Victorian terraced house with 2 floors. On the ground floor, you are welcomed directly into the large living room which leads onto the recently refurbished and extended kitchen at the back of the house. For entertainment, we have provided a Smart TV where you can log in to your account and watch from any streaming account you have like Netflix, Disney + or Amazon. The kitchen is bright and modern overlooking the pretty walled garden where you can make the most of those British sunny days. On the first floor, it provides one double bedroom and one family bathroom with bath/shower. Booking with us gives you access to discounts and/or freebies at local cafés and attraction! Kindly let us know in advance if you'll be bringing a service or emotional support animal. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
