The Space:
This lovely flat has 1 large bedroom with a comfy king bed and a sitting toom with a high quality sofa bed, and a full bathroom. The spacious open plan living room has a high end, very comfortable sofa bed - decorated in a modern style with practical furnishings with TV, FAST WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven and microwave for guests to cook for themselves.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of the whole house and will not be disturbed during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The flat is very well located off Mill Road and Rustat Road and is just a 5 minute walk from Cambridge Statiion (over the red footbridge)
