We spent most of our time either in the kitchen cooking, on the dock looking out over the water, sitting in the yard observing the abundant waterfowl, or sitting on the large screened in porch reading. We are already planning our next stay. The host was communicative and helpful. We came to this property because it is close to the hunting property we were invited to, but we loved the peace, beauty and tranquility that welcomed us. The site is secluded but doesn't make you feel too far out of touch with civilization. The view of the creek from the screened in porch and several bedrooms was dreamy.
