"What an amazing stay we’ve had at Gerard and Maryvonne’s! The unit has everything you need, just bring your own bedsheets or rent them from the hosts. It’s located on the ground floor of a 250 year old stone house so it stays cool even on the hot summer days without AC. There are beautiful gardens around the property as well as a private terrace to have a nice meal on. Well located in the Cévennes so all points of interest in the area are easily accessible by car. The hosts are super sweet and responsive, they’re always up for a nice chat. Last, but not least, the pool! The pièce de résistance, the highlight of the property that makes you feel like you’re staying at a high end resort."

"This eccentric BnB is off the beaten path and quite delightful. No restaurants within walking distance, but there is a grocery store nearby, and our suite had a refrigerator and dishes. The property isn’t as tidy as in the photos, but it didn’t detract from our stay too much. The parking area is secured by a gate for which we received a clicker. Catherine served us breakfast each morning and it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much."
