If you’re looking for a secluded spot that’s not too far from town, this is the place for you. The house is just a 6-minute drive from Le Vigan, where you’ll find shops, cultural sites, and tourist activities. On the ground floor, there’s a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a double sofa bed and TV. Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and TV, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra single bed or a baby cot can be provided on request. The property features double glazing, Wi-Fi, and heating. Enjoy river views. Pets are welcome (not allowed upstairs). A large private terrace with table, chairs, and outdoor lounge is directly accessible from the living room (3 steps), perfect for sunny meals. Charcoal barbecue provided. Bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner.
