If you’re looking for a secluded spot that’s not too far from town, this is the place for you. The house is just a 6-minute drive from Le Vigan, where you’ll find shops, cultural sites, and tourist activities. On the ground floor, there’s a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a double sofa bed and TV. Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and TV, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra single bed or a baby cot can be provided on request. The property features double glazing, Wi-Fi, and heating. Enjoy river views. Pets are welcome (not allowed upstairs). A large private terrace with table, chairs, and outdoor lounge is directly accessible from the living room (3 steps), perfect for sunny meals. Charcoal barbecue provided. Bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner. Indoor and outdoor games for all ages are available. Private entrance and access. Two parking spaces are in front of the house, with a gate and fenced grounds. No events or parties allowed. We started at Capluc, a cross on a peak above Le Rozier and did the entire circuit. It's still comfortably in my top ten all time great walks. If you suffer acrophobia it's one to be avoided. The area is also something of a mecca for rock climbers.
