The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

The BBQ area must be returned clean and all BBQ utensils must be left cleaned. All trash bins must be emptied and removed. all dishes must be cleaned and placed in their allocated place ( kitchen).

House equipment, furniture must be left in its original location, as found at the start of you stay. house keys must be placed in its allocated place, in their original key safe prior to check-out.

CheckOut house rules and expectations must be followed and respected. If any potential damages or breaches of house rules occur during your stay a fee will be charged and further actions may be taken.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
