Perfect for families, friends, or business trips, the apartment offers well-designed spaces and all essential amenities for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom features a double bed, private bathroom, and access to a balcony with sea views, providing the perfect place to unwind. The second bedroom has two single beds, offering flexibility for different types of guests. A shared bathroom adds extra convenience. The living room is bright and inviting, with direct access to another balcony facing the sea — ideal for enjoying the sunrise or relaxing outdoors. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry area, providing maximum convenience during your stay. Private parking adds comfort and security. AREA Pico Views is located in a quiet residential area that offers a relaxing atmosphere with quick access to essential services such as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and local shops. Its elevated position provides pleasant sea views and a sense of tranquility, while remaining just a few minutes’ walk from central Funchal. It offers the perfect balance between comfort, accessibility, and the island’s natural beauty. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. OTHER OBSERVATIONS \- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). \- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
