Hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, the fridge was always stocked and beds were made and the trash was taken out each day. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly.

This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here.

For the price per night it was an average hotel. The room was clean, however the towels and bedsheets are worn-down. The breakfast was crowded and with not that many options and they did not look too tasty. The sweets were decent.
