  • During holidays or a short stay, we welcome you in a green and peaceful setting, in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
    Charming cottage with terrace in a wooded area by the pool, located in Calviac in Périgord, near the Dordogne river and 10 km from the medieval city of Sarlat.


    You will appreciate the complete equipment and the comfort of the "vigne" gîte:
    On the ground floor... a fully equipped living room / kitchen, a bedroom (140 cm bed), a bathroom and separate toilet.
    Upstairs... an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and a bathroom with bath and toilet.


    Equipment / Services:
     Washing machine - dishwasher - TV (TNT / sattelite) - barbecue
    Sheets and towels for bath are provided.
    Terrace with garden furniture.

    Swimming pool, 5x10m - not eated - to be shared with the two other cottages. Open from may to october.

Perfekte Urlaubswoche in einem wunderbar ruhig gelegenen Gîte, von dem aus per Auto, Rad oder zu Fuß eine reiche Fülle an Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erreichbar ist. Häuschen in perfekter Größe, wertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und tiptop sauber. Im oberen Schlafzimmer muss man zwar als größerer Mensch den Kopf etwas einziehen, aber komfortable Matratzen und die Aussicht ins Grüne machen es zur besten Wahl! Privater Außenbereich mit Sonne oder Schatten nach Wahl, Parkplatz und Pool mit Sonnenliegen dicht dabei. Die Bewohner der zwei anderen, in Reihe gebauten Häuschen sieht und hört man praktisch nicht. Gastgeberin Alexandra, zuvorkommend und mit besten Tipps, hat uns ein herzliches Willkommen bereitet.

Erholung pur

Wunderschön gelegenes Häuschen diekt am Waldrand, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Oberes Stockwerk über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar, mit moderner Klimaanlage für sehr heiße Tage. Oberes Bad mit Badewanne. Erdgeschoß bleibt angenehm kühl, moderne Rolläden zur Beschattung, Bad mit Dusche und ein extra WC. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet und ist gleichzeitig der Eß/Aufenthaltsraum. Im Außenbereich hervorragende Möglichkeiten zum chillen, sitzen, baden im Pool. Wir konnten auch unsere ebikes bei Alexandra in einem Lagerraum unterstellen, wo sie auch Fahrräder für Gäste stehen hat. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und Alexandra ist eine sehr aufmerksame, liebenswerte Person, die uns sogar mit selbstgekochter Marmelade den Urlaub versüßt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Haus im Wald mit Pool in der Sonne

Wir haben drei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Haus zweckmäßig eingerichtet und still. Außer den Schritten der Nachbarn auf dem Kies vor dem Haus hört man nur die Vögel oder begrüßt den einen oder anderen Salamander auf der Fensterbank. Wissen müssen Menschen, die wie wir 70 Jahre oder älter sind, dass die Treppe ins Obergeschoss sehr steil ist, dass das Haus nicht unterkellert und deshalb bodenkalt ist, wenn das Wetter nicht freundlich ist, wohltuend klimatisiert aber bei Hitze, weil auch die Bäume ums Haus herum das Klima im Haus mitbestimmen. Es gibt eine Elektroheizung, die ebenso gut funktioniert wie die anderen Geräte im Haus. Der Swimmingpool, in der Sonne liegend, aber unbeheizt, hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Hier kann man sich ausruhen von einem der Ausflüge zu all den Sehenswürdigkeiten, die in wenigen Kilometern von hier aus zu erreichen sind. Die Lage des Hauses ist dafür ideal. Es ist sehr ruhig, aber nah. An Freundlichkeit , einem herzlichen Lachen und Hilfsbereitschaft hat es nie gefehlt, uns beiden aber ein Mixer. Den benutzen wir zu Hause oft und gern. Bei Bedarf also mitnehmen! Wir empfehlen sehr den Supermarkt Leclerc in Sarlat und als Restaurant das unterhalb der Burg Montfort. In beiden Einrichtungen bekommt man alles, was das Leben genussvoll macht.

Schöne Landschaft aber fast 14 Tage Regen

Eigentlich ein nettes und auch sehr sauberes, aber etwas enges Häuschen, und Mobiliar zum Teil, wie zB Sofa schon etwas abgewohnt (und Sofa reicht gerade für 2 Personen) Leider hatten wir Pech und es hat in den 14 Tagen (Mitte Mai) 12 Tage geregnet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ruhiges Haus auf großem Grundstück

Auf dem Grundstück fanden sich drei Ferienwohnungen in einem Haus, räumlich sehr schön getrennt, sodass man sich überhaupt nicht von den anderen Mietern gestört fühlen mußte. Sehr schön, auf einem großen Grundstück mit altem Baumbestand gelgen. Abends absolut lautlos! Der Pool fügt sich gut in das Grundstück ein, er ist etwas abseits von den Häusern gelegen, was schön ist. Er ist so groß, daß er zum Schwimmen geeignet ist.Tiptop mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist herzlich und unkompliziert, sie spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr praktisch sind die zwei Badezimmer. Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind kürzlich angeschafft worden, man schläft insofern nicht in "Omas alten Betten" oder benutzt altes Geschirr. Super Gegend und Haus, wir kommen wieder.
