On the ground floor, you'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen area with a refrigerator-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and a lounge area with a television and sofa. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed, and one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed (the maximum capacity of the cottage must not exceed 4 people), a bathroom with a shower and two sinks, and a separate toilet. You'll appreciate the 20 m² terrace in front of the cottage with garden furniture, a barbecue, and an electric grill, as well as the 180 m² courtyard. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, and changing mat. Linens, electricity, and heating are included. Sheets €10/bed/change. End-of-stay cleaning €50\. Towels €6/person/change. In the Dordogne Valley, an ideal setting for your stay, dedicated to relaxation and sightseeing. In a green environment, you will enjoy the 700 m2 garden below the cottage with a trampoline and a swing for children. The owner will be happy to show you her henhouse (chickens, roosters, rabbits, chickens).
