Located in Calviac-en-Périgord Noir, in the heart of a lush forest ideal for nature lovers and those seeking to disconnect, this 37 m² holiday home welcomes up to 2 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and Wi-Fi. For families, a baby cot, high chair, and shared children’s toys and books are available.



Enjoy the private garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower invite you to relax. For the active, there’s a playground, ping-pong table, pool table, tennis court, and shared fitness equipment.



You may bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash on site. Parties are not allowed. Shared parking on site allows one car per accommodation. Self check-in is available. Access to the washing machine and dryer is available for an extra fee.



Mountain bikes can be rented on site for half or full days. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Pool privatization is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in common areas, except the pool area.
