  • Located in Calviac-en-Périgord Noir, in the heart of a lush forest perfect for nature lovers and those seeking to disconnect, this 37 m² holiday home welcomes up to 2 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and smart TV (connectable to your mobile) ensure a comfortable stay. For families, a baby bed, high chair, and shared toys and books for children are available.



    Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Bed linen can be provided for an extra fee.



    Enjoy your private garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower invite you to relax. For active guests, there’s a playground, ping-pong table, pool table, tennis court, and shared fitness equipment.



    You may bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash. Parties are not allowed. Shared parking on site for one car per accommodation. Self check-in is available. Access to the washing machine and dryer is available for an extra fee.



    You can rent mountain bikes on site for a half or full day. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Pool privatization is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note: video and audio recording is present in shared areas, except the pool area.
