Our Air condition is not on efter september as its stated on the website, for the wifi to work you have to fill in a form otherwise it dosent work, maybe thats was the reason for that problem. As you should have had cleaning on saturday, I asked the cleaners what happend and they mentioned you had the "dont disturb" sign on, and if that is on the cleaning ladies can not go inside of the room even if you request it in the reception. Dear Megan, We are truly sorry to hear that you had to wait so long for your room. Our check in time is at 15.00 and during high season when we have this high occupancy there is almost always a check out in the room that is reserved for you. Yes we are not the best option if you have walking difficulties, but we do have a lot of elderly guests that walk the hill up and down several times per day, that depends on how fit you are. We do also have some guests that use mobility scooter or wheel chair, but of course there are better options for disabled than our establishment. Dear guest, Thank you for feedback and also for choosing us for your stay. I am sorry if you are a little bit disapointed with the SPA and the extra cost this had. A few months before the lockdown the SPA was completely refurbished, from being an indoor pool, and not much more, to be a SPA in conditions. In a SPA, users expect silence and to be able to relax. This is not possible when children are in the pool. Since we wanted to consider our younger guests aswell we decided to accept children during the first session every day the spa was open. It is quite normal that a SPA does not allow children to access. And for the proper attire, it is compulsory to use swim cap and plastic shoes, due to hygienic reasons. We are just following the recomendations from the spanish health ministry. We pay for the ice cubes, and we do not use single-use plastics for the sake of the environment. Of course in the case of an emergency when some ice could be of help it would be provided. Of course we do our best to be accomodating to families, all guests are important to us, we don't make differences., but we are a business.
