    The house consists of 260m2 of living space, is surrounded by a landscaped and terraced garden of 850m2 with an attractive variety of fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and palm trees.
    The garden terraces and pool area offer many areas to sit and relax and a beautiful pergola if you wish to enjoy meals in the shade.

    The property is located a ten minute walk from the beach and just a 5 minute drive from the nearest golf course. A few minutes away you will find a supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the port. You can also find numerous companies with activities for the family and a water park just 10 minutes away by car or bus.
