The estate boasts excellent views of mountains, forests, almond fields and carob trees. The 25 m² studio apartment consists of a living/dining area, a sleeping area as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a highchair and a baby cot. An outdoor area shared with the other residents of the estate is also available for your use. This includes a pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a garden and an outdoor shower. A shared dining area is also available. In 12-15 minutes walking you will reach restaurants, bars and cafes and the nearest supermarket is a 13-minute walk away (950 m).
