"After a lengthy check in using a digital screen ( passport, name, Adress, d.o.b. , phone number, email etc !!! Things were ok. Room was fine but quite cold and I had to use both blankets at night. Lack of a fridge was disappointing as most hotels have them . Breakfast/ brunch was good even if food was a little cold. All in all reasonable value for money."

"From arrival the hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice. The room was spotlessly clean, breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The spa was great, I treated myself to a massage which was fabulous. Gym was also great and well equipped compared to most. Great location with very convenient public transport to go and explore Palma, magaluf etc. plenty of activities nearby including mini golf and tennis."

"Lovely large room with a great view of the bay. Food was great at breakfast with probably too much to choose from. Had an evening meal on our last night which also had plenty to choose too (Italian night). Reception, cleaners and bar staff all very friendly. No faults from us & thanks!"

"Absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to book the corner room and it was spectacular. The views are incredible and the staff impeccable. There was little need to leave the hotel but we did venture to the marina which is a 45 min walk but great for boat hire. The breakfast was very good and the lady making omelettes is adorable and we wanted to take her with us when we left. Try the cocktail making esp if you like backstreet boys lol. My only warning when booking through hotels.com is to make sure you do get prestige access if you think that’s what you’re getting. A huge thank you to Tom and Carmen. We will be back "

"For a short girls holiday this hotel had everything we needed. The staff were so lovely, kind and made us feel at home every day (especially Santiago and the restaurant team, Yolanda and the pool bar team and Lorena the massage therapist!). We really appreciated the reception team sorting out a late check out option on our leaving day too at short notice. We all thought the buffet food was great and there was a good range of things to choose from. The hotel's pool and sunbed area is a good size, and the beach is only a few steps away too. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future! "
