There are better hotels unless you get it cheap

Hotel is uninviting, really out dated with everything needing updating, locks on the room complicated, tv from 70’s, bubbles of damp in ceiling, aircon not effective, lift full of kebab meat. Dull place, if you get a cheap price it’s somewhere to put your head but if not look around. Needs investment.

Leider war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend, das Zimmer war in keinem sehr erfreulichen Zustand, scheinbar war ein Leck im Badezimmer, so dass dirt immer wieder Wasser stand. Es gab Ameisen, viele Dinge waren beschädigt. Das aller Schlimmste war allerdings die Lautstärke. Wer gern die ganze Nacht wach ist oder den lautes Geröle die ganze Nacht nicht stört, kann gut in dem Hotel nächtigen. Allen anderen, die gern in der Nacht schlafen und sich ausruhen möchten, würde ich dringend von diesem Hotel abraten. Was gut war, war dass ein später Check-In und ein früher Check-Out möglich war. Ausserdem war das Frühstück ganz in Ordnung. Ansonsten kann ich leider nicht sehr viel Positives berichten.

Le pire hôtel de toute ma vie

J'ai été trés mécontente de mon séjour pour les raisons suivantes: hôtel trés buyant de jour comme de nuit de la musique à fond constamment, les jeunes qui faisaient la fête toute la nuit impossible de dormir Le ménage n'a pas été fait pendant 4 jours et j'ai dû montrer mon mécontentement à la réception pour qu'il envoie une femme de ménage nettoyer ma chambre! De plus pas de serviette Le petit déjeûner commence à 9h ce qui est trés tard car quand nous devions partir en excursions le depart était prevu à 8h15 donc nous avons dû prendre le petit dej à l'exterieur plusieurs fois. Il y avait une fuite d'eau dans le plafond de la salle de bain donc quand mon voisin du dessus prenait sa douche ma salle bain était innondée et sans une réelle réaction de la part de la réception... et j'en passe..... Je vous le déconseille rfortement cet hôtel!

Pire hôtel de ma vie!

L'accueil de l'hôtel est inexistant, on demande une caution en liquide à hauteur de 100euros! 100 euros très difficile à ravoir à la fin d'ailleurs pour des excuses de dégradations en dehors de la chambre qui n'avait rien avoir avec nous. Les lits sont pas du tout confortable et la salle de bain très lugubre et vieille. Je déconseil à toutes personnes cette hotel. Le seul point positif c'est que l'hôtel a une bonne situation géographique mais bon ya mieux que cette endroit quand même. Petit-déjeuner le plus basique du monde et pas bon du tout. La piscine est beaucoup plus petite que la photo montre. Le gardien de nuit ce prend pour robocop! A fuir!!

Le pire jusqu'à aujourd'hui !

Commençons pour le petit-déjeuner, on avait pain frais chaque 2/3 jours, j'ai demandé au réceptionniste et la réponse que j'ai obtenu c'est la suivante : s'il était pas d'aujourd'hui, il était dur comme une pierre... Bon, le couteau il avait de la peine a rentrer et on sait très bien voir la différence entre un pain du jour et un pain de plusieurs jours. Après le nettoyage de la chambre, la panosse elle a jamais rentré dans notre chambre, dans la chambre de mes amis, le nettoyage n'était pas faite pendant 4 jours... On peut la honte, l'excuse, c'était que la femme de ménage a passé vers 10h et que nous étions dans la chambre, alors, pas vrai, parce que vers 9h30 on quitté l'hôtel. Dans la chambre en entendait meme le voisin a prendre la douche, pendant la nuit il avait aucun respect au niveau du bruit et les responsables n'y faisaient rien pour calmer ou rappeler les gens qu'il fallait respecter le sommeil des autres. Le siège toilette il bougé comme pas possible. Je retournerai jamais a cette hôtel, pour la qualité/prix je ne parle même pas... C'est une honte d'avoir un hôtel comme celui-là ouvert et le niveau d hygiène c'est vraiment dégueulasse, malheureusement j'ai pas pensé faire des photos (normalement je donne pas d'avis, mais cette expérience là, je suis un peu choqué), mais je vous conseille vraiment a choisir un autre hotel si vous voulez pas être déçus.

Yhe! Early morning boys voice left to right you hear talking and girls was shouting early morning and very late evening..this is for 18s yrs.old to 21s yrs.old place ..lol breakfast is desame last day and the present day.the staff front desk didn’t check carefully who’s booking the hotel and if it’s paid already.so this hotel I paid double charged!

Lively Magaluf has a great location to the nightlife, beach and strip. When I went it was never difficult to get a sun bed or a good sunspot at the pool. All the staff where very friendly. The rooms are outdated and batterred, ours never had air-con or a fridge plus some ripped curtains. We stayed here for a cheap party weekend and it truly delivered. 100€ is taken off each person at arrival. We didn’t budget for this and had to go to the cashline.

Abit off a mad place.

Place is in a great location but it's just for putting your head down to rest noting else, the place is falling apart in most rooms and the air conditioning is very bad and it's not gonna keep you cool. It's mostly filled with young lads and girls wanting to party so if your into the same thing fire away and book it, you pay for what you get.
