The hotel is clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Not big but nice swimming pool with bar. Many restaurants around with good food. I would recommend the hotel and the area.

It was clean but no fridge in room or even a kettle. Also only accessible by stairs because it’s up the hill! Clean room.

10 mins walking to Palmanova Beach. Only street parking. Pool closes at 6pm, pretty bad if sunset is around 10pm. Room cleaning should improve considerably. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. A shame the pool closed at 6pm as peak summer it was still boiling hot. The apartment just needed a toaster but all good otherwise.

Brilliant hotel. Staff were all so lovely. Extremely clean throughout with various covid safety measures in place. Pool lovely with a great snack bar and again amazing staff. Room was lovely and cleaned every day. Will definitely be back

Nice hotel ! To improve: free wifi and car parking
Good hotel with lots of amenities and its clean too. The breakfast was really good .. with lots of choices. The location is good too .. 3-4 mins walk from beautiful Palmanova beach. Couple of things though : 1. Hotels.com says 'FREE WIFI' but its only available in lobby not in the room. They only offered paid wifi (5 euro per night) in the room. Now onward, Hotels.com must mention if the free wifi is really free in the room or only in the lobby ! 2. There was no reserved parking for the hotel. So, every night we had to roam around a bit to find road side parking.

Close to beach, friendly staff, good breakfast selection, clean. Having to pay for WIFI and safe deposit box, in this day and age these should be available without the hassle of paying extra.

Really clean, staff work hard to keep up excellent cleanliness , Room was lovely - only thing missing was a mini fridge. Location was good- although road was too narrow for a coach drop off. Meaning a steep walk up with case - advise a taxi transfer.

We stayed in the apartments - amazing! We were so impressed with how nice it was, so clean, excellent service. The pool was great, super clean and plenty of sun loungers. Great location, close to the beach and also a number of restaurants! Would recommend

For what you pay, the hotel is decent. Very close walk to beautiful beach which is what we wanted. Breakfast not great, but coffee machine is a nice perk. Only downfall is walls are very thin- rolling suitcases and doors slamming woke us up pretty much every morning. Other than that, hotel is very clean and lobby WiFi is good.

Good hotel, poor gym.
Quiet location, 5 mins walk from Palma Nova shops. 20-25 mins walk to Magaluf strip. Fitness Centre / Gym. Poor equipment and NO AIRCON making it impossible to workout when it is 35 degrees outside. Bad smell coming from the bathroom Also - the locks on the doors make it difficult to close the doors so all you hear is slamming doors echoing around the corridors! Pool is ok and breakfast very good.

We got an amazing room!! Separate queen size bed and then a nice pull out couch. The room had a kitchenette and an awesome view of the pool and small one of the ocean. It was an awesome vibe at the pool. As a backpacker it was a bit tough to find the location as it was a backstreet. But when we got there it was worth it! The only negative thing was that they maybe didn’t t have enough front desk staff. Everything was just too slow.

Basic 3* hotel that is clean and comfortable
Booked this hotel for 5 nights in October as I was going to a tennis camp at the Vilas Academy which is 5 mins walk away. It was good value for money - no frills but simple, clean and comfortable. PROs: Clean & comfortable Neutral, simple decor 5 mins walk to Palmanova beachfront Friendly receptionists Free parking on street outside although it’s a narrow road and lots of cars parked up Good water pressure in the shower Value for money Reasonable breakfast buffet They offer a courtesy room free of charge for 1 hour as an alternative to paying for a late checkout - so if you have a later flight, you can book the courtesy room for whatever time you need, leave your bags with them, get on with the day and then use the room for an hour to shower etc before heading off Lovely girl working by the pool (from Ipswich) - fab service CONs: No fridge in room No kettle / tea & coffee in the room Don’t accept American Express Shower floods the bathroom floor if you turn it on full blast Pool is small and at peak season might be very crowded No towel service by the pool No food served after 7pm Food served at the pool bar is an uninspiring selection of frozen ready meals but they do make their sandwiches from scratch For a no frills, basic hotel this was a good option for me.

Calm and Welcoming Hotel with Excellent Prices
I really enjoyed my stay in this property although the amenities were fairly basic. The lobby is somehow welcoming and reception staff were pleasant and helpful at all times and went beyond the bounds of duty for me. Parking was easy to find on the street outside, it was 5 minutes walk from the beach with waterfront restaurants and the location was very quiet. Positives - lovely pool area with bar, nice indoor bar, excellent breakfast buffet, simple but comfortable standard rooms, great hotel staff, quiet location, amazing price. Negatives - no comfortable seating in the room, bathroom had plumbing and odour problems, no free wi-fi in rooms (but lobby wi-fi was good), poor coffee at breakfast, noise in tiled hallways. I will happily return here on my next visit to Mallorca island. The hotel had a pleasant ambiance that is difficult to define. Some places you just like, some you don't. Palmanova is a major tourist destination but is surprisingly pleasant despite this.

A good hotel to use as a base. A 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only draw backs were that walls seemed very thin as you could hear everything going on (i’d recommend earplugs) also the showers are prone to flooding the bathroom if you put them on full power.

Will stay again
Nice staff. Clean, fresh, renovated room. Refurbished Reception area. Very smart. Some of the corridors could benefit from a refurb' but that was definitely not a problem. Three or four minutes walk from the beach. We're already considering Azuline Hotel Palmanova Garden for our next stay in Palmanova.

Convenient for restaurants, bars and beach. Hotel staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast good. Beds comfortable but needs wardrobe doors and drawers in units. Would return.

Fantastic 4 star beautiful hotel
Just all round great experience popped over for one night from me orca to visit and for price of 2 star felt l got 4star unbelievable price could have been twice the price
