Very warm villa "Acacia" with beautiful garden - 4 to 6 people

In the small holiday residence "Acquavital" in Calvi: a very pleasant southern exposure as it is shaded by a planted pergola and two well-stocked acacia trees. You can enjoy a large private lawned garden, full of flowers and very well maintained. A barbecue, “luxury” deckchairs. Everything is planned to spend pleasant moments returning from the beaches or visits.

Inside this villa, the equipment is very complete: air conditioning in all rooms, wifi, TV, welcome book. In the kitchen: oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, electric hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, grocery base (salt, pepper, oil, hand washing-up liquid sponge).

2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet (hair dryer).

You can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool measuring 6 by 12 meters, with deckchairs, very pleasant, in the shade of a fig tree.

Our rates are "all inclusive": end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental (sheets and towels, 2 tea towels), wifi, tourist taxes, current charges, free shared washing machine.

The location is ideal for visiting Calvi and Balagne, one of the most beautiful regions of Corsica. You will not need to cross an urban center to enjoy the majority of centers of interest (so almost no traffic) to get to the magnificent fine sandy beaches (dozen beaches within 10km), towards the hiking trails, natural river swimming pools, picturesque villages and the wine and artisan route...

A reception structure open every day with computer and printer.

You can benefit from access to the Acquavital wellness center, on site, at a preferential rate, with cardio-weight training area, fitness classes.
This access is managed by the Acquavital sports association.

Fijn huis en tuin, locatie iets minder

We vonden het een fijn huis en tuin. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Wel jammer dat het dichtbij een drukke weg ligt, je hoort de auto’s goed. Verder vonden we de residence niet echt bijzonder. Het geheel ligt een beetje in de middle of nowhere. Met 8 auto minuten ben je op het mooie strand van calvi dat was fijn. Er zijn ook meer stranden in de buurt. Calvi als stadje ook heel leuk, ongeveer 15 min met auto.

Je recommande vivement l’etablissement Les lauriers roses. Super accueil. Logement très bien décoré et propre. Espaces verts et piscine bien entretenus et service Spa et fitness au top! Merci beaucoup!

Une merveille... A reserver sans modération..

Jérome et sa maman nous acceuille dans un havre de paix..l'endroit est toujours aussi magnifique...calme et serénité se dégage des Lauriers Roses... Que du bonheur de revenir dans la Villa Acacia...très bien agencé... Tout est ici réuni pour réussir un séjour de reve...La piscine chauffée est un atout que l'on apprécie grandement...La résidence est très bien située pour effectuer des balades dans toute cette merveilleuse Balagne..décompression et ressource totale dans cette belle Ile de Beauté... Un grand merci pour la gentillesse de Jérome et de sa maman... A très vite...et a l'année prochaine...avec toujouirs autant de plaisir Thierry D

Que du bonheur dans la résidence Les Lauriers Roses..Jérome vous accueille avec toujours autant de gentillesse... Le lieu est idéalement bien placé pour faire de superbes balades dans toute la Balagne... La résidence est toujours aussi bien fleuries et sa piscine chauffée un véritable régal...La villa Acacia est au calme et est très bien agencée...c'est le repos total quand on est ici...et on est déjà impatient d'y retourner... A très bientôt...et encore MERCI pour ce superbe séjour...Thierry

Super Séjour

Super séjour qui se termine demain. Commençons par l’accueil. Rdv était pris à 18h. Comme nous avons gagné du temps au débarquement du bateau, nous avons envoyé un texto au gérant de la résidence pour avance l'entrée dans la villa et aucun soucis. 16H30 nous étions rentré dans la villa. Calme, confort et à tout point identique aux photos. Une grande pièce à vivre avec grande table pour 6 personnes, télé 80 cm avec prise usb et canapé confortable. 2 chambres avec des grands lits et pour nous un point positif : des matelas tops. Cuisine aménagé avec lave vaisselle, cafetière, four. Tout ce qu'il faut pour bien cuisiné les produits corses. En cas de besoin ou de renseignements pour les visites, les personnes sont très disponibles et il y a même un ordinateur à l’accueil pour consulter les sites à visiter. Nous étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) qui ont apprécié la piscine chauffée et au mois d'octobre sous le soleil c'est top. En un mot merci pour l'accueil, pour la qualité de la location, l'adaptabilité sur le fait que nous pourrons partir en début d'après midi. Je recommande vivement cette location et éspère y revenir que pour les vacances. Les 2 premiers jours étant réservés pour le boulot. A bientôt. Michael B et sa famille.

Praktische Unterkunft in der Nähe von Calvi

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Jerome, alles Notwendige für den Urlaub ist vorhanden. Saubere Wohnung, gepflegte Aussenanlage, grosser (beheizter) Pool. Vom nahen Flughafen ist wenig zu hören, die nahe Strasse ist gut wahrnehmbar. Der Internetanschluss ist zeitlich limitiert.

Tout simplement magique..la propriété est très bien aménagée..la Villa Acacia est au calme..Jérôme le propriétaire est toujours aux petits soins avec ses locataires..la piscine chauffée est très agréable hors saison...on a déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine tellement que c'était un super séjour dans la Résidence Les Lauriers Roses..MERCI pour tout..Thierry
